The software streamlines the management of patient details, referral doctors, and payments, improving the efficiency of front desk operations.

Key Features

  • The software allows staff to input and manage patient information and track referral doctors. Each patient entry is categorized based on the service type (X-ray, CT scan, ultrasound).
  • For ultrasound services, the software further categorizes entries into subtypes like ultrasound abdomen and ultrasound chest, allowing detailed breakdowns for tracking referral doctors based on the specific service.

Payment Tracking

  • The system tracks payments for each patient entry, highlighting incomplete payments in red to alert staff. This ensures that partial payments are easily identifiable and follow-up actions can be taken.
  • Once the full payment is received, the payment status is updated, and the staff can print a bill for the patient.

Referral Fees and Discounts

  • The software tracks referral fees and any discounts applied for specific patients, ensuring accurate financial records.

Patient Registration

  • The first step in the flow involves entering patient details, which includes the necessary personal and medical information.

Service Type Categorization

The software then categorizes patients based on the service type they require:

  1. X-Ray
  2. CT Scan
  3. Ultrasound

which is further broken down into subtypes like abdomen, chest, etc. Referral Doctor Management: The system tracks the referral doctors for each patient and their corresponding referral fees, allowing easy categorization and payment management based on the service type.

Discount Application

The platform allows staff to apply any discounts applicable to the patient’s service, which is factored into the total payment.

Payment Tracking

As the patient makes payments, the system tracks the total amount due. Unpaid or partially paid entries are highlighted in red to ensure follow-up. When the payment is complete, the status changes to indicate full payment. Bill Generation: After receiving the full payment, the staff can generate and print the bill, marking the end of the transaction process for the patient
